Best Omega 3 vitamin for pregnant woman?

I am searching for a good omega vitamin for my bambino in my tummy , any one who can recommend one for me. I am taking GNC prenatal Vitamin and FE Iron..well I have 4 gel pills left that comes with prenatal Vitamin ( DuetDHA ) but everytime I take the prenatal I threw up so I decided to stop taking the prenatal and replaced with GNC brand. I continue taking the gel one ( omega 3 ) but I want to try just omega pill only. Please help… Is Expecta Lipil good? because it says it’s only comes with DHA 200mg.
My OB nurse actually recommend WINOmega3complex, I went to CVS but they don’t have it in the store, they ask me to leave my contact number see if they can order it for me. Just in case they don’t have it any one can recommend.

I take the Expecta Lipil along with Prenate Elite Prenatal. The Lipil was recommended to me by my OB/GYN. I don’t think it has the Omega though…it only lists DHA supplement on the packaging. So you wouldn’t want to take that with the Duet DHA.
I also take the prenatal when I go to bed…that way I don’t throw up. If I took it in the morning…I would.
